I take hard domains from nothing to production.
Valley Technologies Group is my software consultancy in the Lower Hudson Valley, New York. I design and build data platforms for businesses whose work is hard to model, and I use AI agents to write most of the code, held to the same standard as human-written code.
What I build
Production platforms
I design and build the system a business runs on, from the data model to the apps people use in the office and in the field. My recent work is FastAPI and Neo4j on the back end, Angular for the web, and Swift for iPad and iPhone.
See Darcy SolutionsGraph data models
When a domain is full of relationships and revisions, I model it as a graph. At Darcy Solutions each well is a versioned graph, so every design change and every as-built record is kept.
Agent-built software
I design the process that lets AI agents write most of the code: a written spec for every feature, reviewer agents that can't edit code, and nothing merged without evidence I can check.
How I workI also review architecture and advise teams that are building their own systems, as I did for Brown University.

Spec first
Every feature starts as a written spec you can read before any code exists.
Specialist agents
AI agents build in parallel, each working from the spec.
Reviewers that can't edit
Reviewer agents that can't change the code try to break it and report what they find.
Tests that prove themselves
Each test has to show it catches deliberately broken code, and nothing merges without evidence I can check.
Building something in a hard domain?
I'm happy to talk it through.
